Talking About Maya Aubrey Pilates…

I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis and told I would need a hip replacement. Thankfully I decided to try working with Maya to see if she might be able to help me. She gave me some basic exercises to do at home, and recommended I do Pilates a couple of times a week. Lo and behold, after one month of working with her, my pain has abated and I have much greater mobility. I am confident that I will avoid surgery, and have a stronger, healthier body as well. Not only is Maya extraordinarily knowledgeable, she is encouraging, motivating and kind.
