The Pilates experience in the body is truly amazing. Now more than ever, people’s lives are being touched by the Pilates system of exercises. I firmly believe in the healing and transformational ability of this movement system. Pilates connects your breath, body and mind in ways other exercise programs cannot. The work literally reshapes the inner landscape of the body. This reshaping process progresses outwardly; creating balance, flexibility and strength — all of which will enhance your physical, mental and spiritual life. Once you begin practicing regularly, you’ll notice day-to-day activities will get easier, both physically and mentally. Whether you are a newcomer to Pilates or already committed to the practice, I look forward to working with you as you continue on your journey to a stronger more efficient and balanced body.
