My 85yr old mother-in-law just sent me an email:
“Hi, I got the video from Maya today about the breathing exercise recommended by Dr. Weil…she said he was in Santa Fe…just curious if you went to hear him. She does tend to worry a lot.
My reply to her was no I didn’t get to hear him but YES I do breath exercise and meditation and if she is consistent with the just the practice of breathing she will see the difference it makes in calming her brain and body.
I love that she is looking at your videos and taking them to heart.
