Fountain of Youth Food

Hold on to your hat.  We have a super food here today that is going to give our dear chia a run for its money.

Can you guess what food has the following benefits?
It’s anti-inflammatory, protects your liver, is loaded with 18 amino acids, B vitamins, and lowers bad cholesterol?

Learn fun food facts and the chef’s way to cut an avocado.  This should be called the Fountain of Youth food!

Today, Petite Child pays a very tongue in cheek homage to this super food and the late, great, European choreographer, Pina Bausch.
Have I gone mad??  I’d love to hear your comments.

Yes you have gone completely mad! Et Je t’adore! Thank God I eat a testicle every day. ( I mean an avocat, Je m’excuse!).

Love the dance! I’m a big fan of Pina’a.

Merci, Alexis. What were those Aztecs thinking? Perhaps some of the maidens used said” testicles” to disguise themselves as warriors to keep from being sacrificed to the gods? Food for thought.

Oh Maya — you are too good to be true!!! I love your videos — they are so audacious!! To give healthy nurturing advice in such a humorous irreverent way is truly delicious. I love that you enjoy so much what you’re doing and get to use all your formidable talents as a dancer. The fact that there are so many French people in your classes and listening to your parody does not inhibit you in the least. Bravo bella!! I’m in Chicago for my birthday and the Dramatist Guild conference — first chance to explore this interesting city. Last ngiht couldn’t resist dancing myself in a funky blues.jazz bar to the delight of several ladies half my age!!! The hefty singer came up later and said, “There’s no way I could have kept up with you!” I should have said, “Well you should take pilates…” rz

Camille, you are so kind. I am but your humble servant and clown. In the words of my idol, Donald O’Conner, “Make ’em laugh”. I’m just happy you get my jokes.
