    hey maya, the pilatezone party was so sweet. thanks to you, annie and her husband for being such generous hosts.
    i’ve been wanting to make massaged kale salad as i’ve seen it pop up in various restaurants. i didn’t realize it was so easy! the massaging part sounded like a lot more work. thanks for the tutorial! you’re just as natural on camera as in class. 🙂

    Hey Maya – Hope your birthday was wonderful! I made the kale salad right after running in to you at Trader Joe’s. And enjoyed it for both lunch and dinner the next day. That was DELICIOUS! And easy. I may make it even easier – because I like the stems as well if they are not too thick – and the only time consuming part is removing the stems. I also will try making it with other heavy greens as well. That recipe makes me happy! Thank you!
